The enterprise plan of our feedback platform offers a high degree of customization, allowing you to tailor the feedback experience to your specific needs. Here are the customization options available in the enterprise plan:

  • Logo: You can change the logo to match your brand identity.
  • Animations and Images: Customize or use your own designs to give your feedback forms a unique look and feel.
  • Introduction and Thank You Screens: Customize the introductory and concluding screens in your feedback to provide a personalized touch.
  • Questions: You can make changes to the questions in your surveys, their order and the answer types. Our team will also be helping you to ensure you build a patient engagement tool that gives you accurate data without survey fatigue.

With these customization options, you can ensure that your feedback experience aligns with your brand identity and provides a seamless experience for your customers.

Do you have roles and responsibilities for each role?

At Melior, you have the ability to invite new users to your account with specific roles and responsibilities. You can assign roles such as Admin, Branch manager, Division manager, and more to ensure that the right people have the right access to the right features.
If you need to change the roles of existing users or invite new ones, you can reach out to us at any time and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

With the flexibility to assign roles, you can streamline your workflow and ensure that everyone on your team has the access they need to do their job effectively.

Can I change my plan later?

As a customer of our platform, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to best meet your needs. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help at info@mymelior.com

Can other info be added to an invoice?

If you would like to add additional information to your invoice, and specific billing instructions, we would be happy to assist. To do so, please reach out to us at info@mymelior.com.

What is your cancellation policy?

You have the right to terminate the contract at any time. The Service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle for which you have paid.

For online payments, we are working through a secure online payment method for our customers. You will be able to make payments directly through our platform, ensuring a safe and secure transaction process.
