About Melior:
A software product for the full management of patients’ experiences. It enables direct communication between patients and healthcare managers. Melior is a Shamseya spin-off that has recently been enrolled in one of the most renowned regional accelerators.
Position title:
Melior Product Designer
Position Location: Home, office, and field-based.
Position duration: After completing a successful 3-month probation period, a full employment contract with a 1-year limited-term subject to renewal based on performance will be offered. The contract includes medical and social insurance benefits.
Reports to: Melior CEO.
Employment: Full-time.
Work Conditions: Flexible working hours, with working hours between 9:00am-5:00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Melior’s board on establishing Melior’s UI kit, visual identity, and guidelines.
- Work with the product team and front-end developers to implement and update the Melior UI kit.
- Explore UI directions and come up with solid solutions to standard UI problems.
- Based on the feedback from the growth division, update, modify, and enhance the user journey facilitating upselling and user retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to run usability tests on completed designs
- In collaboration with the operations and customer support division, work on continuous design and improve web touchpoints (landing page, blog, etc.) for our users.
- Keep up to date with the latest design standards in Android, iOS & web, as well as the latest design trends
- Collaborate closely with your Product and Engineering to own robust user experiences for various initiatives.
- Conduct user research, wireframe, build prototypes, maintain design systems, and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Engineering hand-off experience to ensure developers have everything they need to build the designed solution.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of design, with strengths in product design, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and/or front-end development.
- Have good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Learn-it-all approach.
- Firm grasp of Figma for design.
- Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to incorporate insights from research, telemetry, and customer feedback.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in the product development sector and in a related or similar position.
