A software product for the full management of patients’ experiences. It enables direct communication between patients and healthcare managers. Melior is a Shamseya spin-off that has recently been enrolled in one of the most renowned regional accelerators.
Position title:
Melior Growth Manager.
Position Location: Home, office, and field-based.
Position duration: After completing a successful 3-month probation period, a full employment contract with a 1-year limited-term subject to renewal based on performance will be offered. The contract includes medical and social insurance benefits.
Reports to: Melior CEO.
Employment: Full-time.
Work Conditions: Flexible working hours, with working hours between 9:00am-5:00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Melior’s board on setting an online customer success strategy.
- Setup, manage, and monitor a realistic and efficient online sales funnel
- Work with the product designer and technical team to enhance the commercial website traffic and SEO.
- Create and constantly refine communication campaigns and landing pages for acquiring and converting partner-driven traffic.
- Navigate the entire customer success journey including the conversion and retention process from on-boarding to active user engagement, subscription management, and churn prevention. This includes managing CRM, implementing and testing product features, and evaluating subscription strategies and messages.
- Identify key gaps/opportunities to maximize revenue outcomes
- Use the data collected from the customer journeys to provide customer/market insights to better build the features pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience Blend: You bring at least 2 years of experience in versatile domains like strategy consulting or product management, paired with a minimum of 1 year in a growth, product, CRM, or retention capacity within a startup or scale-up environment.
- You’re all about getting things done, not just thinking. You’re the type to roll up your sleeves and dive right in.
